Joel Negin

Joel spoke beautifully at our Changemakers Expo. He has a lecturer in International Public Health at the Sydney University. Joel has extensive experience managing health and development projects and working on health policy issues in sub-Saharan Africa, and has worked as Technical Adviser to the director of Kenya's National AIDS Control Council among many other impressive academic and development work placements. Joel spoke about his experiences overseas, and the personal and global benefits of volunteering.
