Tel Aviv
Nachalat Binyamin Market - open every Tuesday and Friday, the market offers a wonderful display of authentic, hand-made Israeli arts and crafts ranging from jewellery to glassware to hand-made puppets to Judaica items.
Jaffa Flea Market - if you have an eye for hidden beauty, you will appreciate the second hand and vintage wares here.
Shuk Ha Carmel is the place to be on a Friday morning - its really fun and crazy.
Shenkin Street is one of the most popular streets in Tel Aviv, it is hip, edgy and has a great vibe. It is full of clothing shops, Many Israeli designers have small shops there.
Livinski Street is the spice street in tel aviv - mainly where locals go.
Neve Tzedek is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful areas in Tel Aviv. It is south of the Yemenite Quarter, Neve Tzedek was the first neighborhood built in the “new” city of Tel Aviv, back in 1887. In the last decade this hood has become a stylish yuppie residence with plenty of restaurants, galleries and designer shops. The architecture of Neve Tzedek is definitely one of the highlights, beautiful old houses restored to grandeur by modern architects and designers.

Tel Aviv Port is a happening promenade with upscale restaurants and nightlife.
Palmach Museum is an experiential museum, covering the Palmach legacy through the stories of individuals and groups. Visitors to the museum join the group of young Palmach recruits from its establishment, and advanced through the story of the Palmach until the end of the War of Independence.
Mann Auditorium is justly considered one of the most sophisticated cultural facilities in the world. The hall was built primarily as a home for the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra and is world class.
Performing Arts Centre Tel Aviv is a leading cultural institute. It serves as a stage to the latest high-end plays, Opera. Israeli dance, especially Israel's National ballet and music peformances as well as holding various international festivals.
The Dolphanarium every Friday afternoon is a fun spot as you can catch a group of up to 40 people on the bongo drums.
Walking - The walk along the beach or promenade from the Hilton to Jaffa is nice, also from the Hilton to Park HaYarkon and then into the park. If you get to Herzliya, the walk from the Marina going North is great.

Nightlife Nanushka, on Lilienblum Street, is a tel aviv classic. Sunday night is middle eastern night. Monday night in Israeli night. Also good for food. Genki, on Karlibach street, is also special with live Israeli music, the crowd gets into it with singing and dancing on tables! Jerusalem
The Kotel Tunnel Tours - www.english.thekotel.org Explore the Western Wall Tunnels and hidden layers of the wall as well as hear the story of ancient Jerusalem and of generations of longing for it. The tour takes approximately an hour and 15 minutes.

If you get to the Galil in the North you must try one of the Arab restaurants! They give 10-15 small starters with lots of hummus and techina then different meats (lamb, beef, chicken). It is so delicious and hard not to over eat!
